1. TAG Coordinator and TAG Facilitator roles
Setting up and facilitating Teacher Activity groups (TAGs) with Cluster Heads.
Facilitating the first three TAG meetings in three different clusters.
Identifying TAG Facilitators who will facilitate TAGs from the fourth TAG onwards.
Overseeing the running of the three different TAGs.
Completing reports on TAG activities each month and sending them to the SIE.
Sharing examples of good and successful teaching practice from teachers who
attend TAGs with others in the state.
Setting up, moderating and supporting online groups for teachers who attend TAGs in order to provide teachers with on-going support between TAG meetings. These will be on WhatsApp and Facebook.
A TAG Facilitator is a teacher from the TAG who volunteers to facilitate TAG meeting activities. TAG Facilitators do not need to facilitate every TAG. The role can be shared with other teachers.
